The resort's public rooms: a drawing room, reading room, and restaurant, the latter featuring a magnificent open fireplace, are all located in the Manor House. On the first floor of the Manor House there are a number of two level apartments, each with spacious living room and fully fitted kitchen.

Villa Rizzo Resort & Spa's attractive junior suites are situated in the Pink House; a building once used as lodgings for farm workers, store rooms, and stables. An old drying house, once used to dry the tobacco cultivated on the estate, has been converted in Villa Rizzo Resort & Spa's Last Born House, in which seven romantic rooms, featuring traditional terracotta paving tiles, exposed wooden beam ceilings, and typical country style furniture, are situated.

Villa Rizzo Resort & Spa is situated in San Cipriano Picentino, in the province of Salerno. The resort, part of a large country estate, lies within the Monti Picentini Park, an area of great historical and archaeological interest. From Villa Rizzo Masseria della Nocciola many of the Campania region's most important tourist destinations are within easy driving distance: the Doric temples of Paestum, the Charterhouse of Padula, the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Salerno, Pompei, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, and the city of Naples.
